"New Site. Renewed Spirit.". If you have been following the plight of the Jenkins on my website, you will notice a significant difference in the presentation of the website. So why did we do it? No. People weren't complaining ... in fact the just the opposite. Since we launched the site last week, we have had more than 8,000 hits and close to 300 emails pour in. And you know what? ... Just one out of the entire lot of email received was critical of Dale. Of course this particular critic was too much of a coward to use their actual name. Maybe it was one of the BOT members? At any rate, I decided that although it gets pretty tough updating the website with news, email and commentary almost on a daily basis ... my friends Dale and Kedel deserve it. So I've spent a few days revamping the entire site. I think that some of you out there may be getting 'tired' ... feeling a bit discouraged that we may not prevail in this battle with the SJS BOT and Headmaster ... or that it really isn't your problem so 'move on' ... well, take a look at the photos — it'll remind you real quick that Dr. Dale Jenkins and his wife Kedel are REAL PEOPLE with REAL HISTORY that counts! They need your support! Another reason for the new look is to let you ALL know that we are just beginning! Our beef with SJS goes beyond Dale and Kedel, (although they are our first priority). Once they receive the fairness and justice they deserve, it will be onto the other issues that need attention. I as well as the many alumni members that I represent are not pleased with the way the new SJS BOT and Headmaster are running our beloved school. They are messing with it in dramatic ways ... and who are they to do that? Many on the board do not have any history with the school ... Who are they to say what is and what is not in the best interest of SJS? Many of you have emailed me with your corrections, etc.. thank you ... the mere fact that you are doing this lets me know that you are reading and absorbing the message that I'm providing. Keep sending me feedback! I need the extra set of eyes! As you will read more and more in the weeks and months that go by, this battle is not about getting Dale and Kedel their jobs back (although we would be happy if that happened), but rather why did they had to lose it in the first place?! They did nothing wrong. How do we know? Well, so far as I know — the SJS BOT and its Headmaster have not justified to us why this has occurred. So we give our full trust to the Jenkins! Don't lose interest my friends. Please keep the debate alive. I guarantee you that there is something the SJS BOT and its Headmaster are hiding ... they've misled us already — Let's not let them get away with it! The alumni must keep focused and be the school's true gatekeepers so that our own children can experience the same education and childhood dynamics that made SJS so special to us. Peace. Kaz Endo
