Sorry! — No internet! 03-14-04

Sorry folks ... I wish I could say that something spectacular occurred that kept me from springing the big news last week. But the truth of the matter is, I simply didn't have internet connection!

I was off-island attending to some business, and I was confident that I could update the site from my hotel room. But when I checked in and looked around the hotel — nothing! You would think that a hotel in Tokyo would have internet connection in every room ... The lobby of the hotel had internet machines that let you surf the web, but since my work is in on my laptop, there was no way to update the site on the morning of the 10th (TECHNOLOGY!) sorry.

Well, I'll update the site with the 'Big News' in a few days. In the meantime, I'd like to ask someone out there who may have the answer to a simple question I have.

"Why was Lizette Sherrill (Ned Sherrill's wife), in Guam and at the SJS campus last month?" I know that Guam is a short convenient flight from New Hampshire (roughly 22 hours), so I was just wondering.

Maybe the Sherrill's kids will be enrolling back to St. John's? If anyone knows, please email me your thoughts.
